Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Nurox Labs LLC ("Nurox," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit our website at nuroxlabs.com, purchase our products, interact with our communications, or otherwise engage with our services (collectively, the "Services").
Our store and website are operated by Nurox Labs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and are hosted on the Shopify platform. We sell exclusively within the United States.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy with respect to personal information, this Privacy Policy controls.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information in several categories. The chart below uses the categories defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") for clarity, but the same information is collected from residents of all U.S. states.
1.1 Identifiers
Name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number, account username, customer ID, IP address, device identifiers, and online identifiers (cookies, advertising IDs).
1.2 Commercial Information
Products viewed, items added to cart, purchase history, subscription status, returns and exchanges, payment method on file, transaction amounts, order frequency, and product preferences.
1.3 Financial Information
Payment card information (collected and processed by our payment processors — we do not store full card numbers on our systems), billing address, transaction confirmation details, and refund records.
1.4 Internet and Network Activity
Pages viewed, time spent on pages, clicks, scroll behavior, referring website, search terms used on our site, browser type and version, operating system, and interactions with our emails and advertisements.
1.5 Geolocation Information
Approximate location derived from your IP address (city, state, and ZIP code level). We do not collect precise GPS coordinates.
1.6 Inferences
Profiles created from the above information reflecting your preferences, characteristics, predispositions, and behaviors — used to recommend products, personalize content, and target advertising.
1.7 Communications
The content of emails, support chats, SMS messages, voicemails, and any feedback or reviews you submit to us.
1.8 Sensitive Personal Information
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, biometric data, or sexual orientation. Account passwords are collected but stored in encrypted form.
2. Where We Collect Personal Information
We collect personal information from the following sources:
- Directly from you when you create an account, place an order, sign up for emails or SMS, contact customer support, submit a review, enter a giveaway, or interact with us on social media.
- Automatically through the Services via cookies, pixels, SDKs, and server logs when you visit nuroxlabs.com, open our emails, or click our ads.
- From service providers including our payment processor, fulfillment partner, email and SMS platforms, reviews platform, analytics providers, and advertising platforms.
- From advertising and marketing partners including Meta, TikTok, and Google, who may share aggregated or device-level data about your interactions with our ads.
- From publicly available sources when relevant to fraud prevention.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
3.1 To Provide the Services
Process orders and subscriptions, fulfill shipments, manage your account, process returns and refunds, provide customer support, and send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications, account updates).
3.2 Marketing and Advertising
Send promotional emails and SMS messages (with your consent where required), serve personalized advertisements on third-party platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, and others, retarget visitors who did not complete a purchase, and measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.
3.3 Personalization
Recommend products, customize the on-site experience, remember preferences and cart contents, and tailor content and offers to your interests.
3.4 Analytics and Improvement
Understand how visitors use the Services, measure engagement, identify technical issues, conduct A/B testing, and improve the website, products, and customer experience.
3.5 Security and Fraud Prevention
Detect and prevent fraud, chargebacks, account takeover, abuse of promotions, and unauthorized access; verify identity; and protect the rights and safety of Nurox, our customers, and the public.
3.6 Legal Compliance
Comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to subpoenas and legal process, enforce our Terms of Service, and defend against legal claims.
3.7 Business Transactions
Evaluate or carry out a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, in which case personal information may be transferred to the acquirer subject to this Policy.
4. How We Share Personal Information
We share personal information with the following categories of recipients:
4.1 Service Providers
We share personal information with vendors who process data on our behalf, including. These vendors are contractually limited to processing your data for the specific services they provide to us.
4.2 Advertising and Marketing Partners
We share certain personal information (including identifiers, device information, and commercial activity) with advertising platforms to deliver targeted ads and measure their effectiveness. Specifically:
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram) via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API
- TikTok via the TikTok Pixel and Events API, including TikTok Shop integrations
- Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Snap, Pinterest, and other platforms as relevant to our campaigns
These activities may constitute a "sale" or "share" of personal information under the CCPA and similar state privacy laws. See Section 9 for your opt-out rights.
4.3 Affiliates and Creators
When you purchase through an affiliate or creator link (including TikTok Shop creator videos), we may share order confirmation data with that affiliate or creator's tracking platform to attribute the sale and pay applicable commissions.
4.4 Legal and Safety
We may disclose personal information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process
- Respond to a request from law enforcement or a government agency
- Enforce our Terms of Service
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of Nurox, our customers, or the public
- Investigate or prevent fraud, security incidents, or illegal activity
4.5 Business Transfers
If Nurox is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the protections of this Policy.

We may share personal information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, SDKs, web beacons, and similar technologies on the Services.
Types of cookies and technologies we use:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for site functionality, cart, checkout, and security. Cannot be disabled.
- Performance and analytics cookies — measure site usage, page performance, and customer behavior. Includes Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics.
- Functional cookies — remember preferences and personalization.
- Advertising and targeting cookies and pixels — including the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads pixel, and similar technologies that allow us and third parties to deliver targeted ads and measure their performance.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings, our cookie consent banner (where displayed), and through device-level advertising controls (e.g., Apple's "Limit Ad Tracking," Android's advertising ID reset).
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request for the sale and sharing of personal information for residents of states that recognize it.
6. Email and SMS Marketing
6.1 Email
By providing your email address and opting in (or making a purchase where applicable), you consent to receive promotional emails from Nurox. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may continue to send transactional emails about your orders, account, or subscriptions.
6.2 SMS / Text Messages
If you opt in to receive text messages from Nurox:
- You expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from us at the mobile number provided.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency varies — typically up to 8 messages per month.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Our SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws.
7. Consumer Health Data
Although Nurox products are dietary supplements and we do not collect medical records, certain information you provide (such as your interest in products that support focus, mood, energy, or stress) may be considered "consumer health data" under laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act (MHMDA) and Nevada's consumer health data law.
If you are a resident of Washington, Nevada, or a state with a similar consumer health data law:
- We do not sell consumer health data.
- We do not share consumer health data with third parties for purposes outside of providing the Services to you, except as required by law.
- You may request access to, deletion of, or withdrawal of consent for the collection of your consumer health data by contacting us at support@nuroxlabs.com.
- We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
8. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not provide personal information to us or attempt to purchase our products.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18 without parental consent, we will delete it. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@nuroxlabs.com.
We do not "sell" or "share" personal information of consumers under 16 years of age as those terms are defined under applicable law.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information. These rights apply to U.S. residents and are described in plain language below. Note that these rights are not absolute and we may decline a request where permitted by law.
9.1 Rights Available to All U.S. Residents
- Right to Access / Know. Request confirmation that we process your personal information and a copy of that information.
- Right to Delete. Request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to Correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Data Portability. Request a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing. Direct us to stop selling or sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 9.4 below.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. Where applicable.
- Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9.2 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the rights above and may also designate an authorized agent to make requests on their behalf. To do so, the agent must provide written proof of authorization, and we may require you to verify your identity directly.

9.3 Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Tennessee, Delaware, Indiana, Florida, New Jersey, and Other States
Residents of these states have similar rights to those listed in Section 9.1. To exercise them, contact us using the methods in Section 11. You may also have the right to appeal a denied request — instructions for appeals will be included in our response.
9.4 Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Some of our practices — including sharing data with advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) via tracking pixels — may constitute a "sale" or "share" under state privacy laws. To opt out:
- Click the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of our website
- Enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser — we automatically honor this signal
- Email us at support@nuroxlabs.com with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject line

We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 45 days, extendable to 90 days for complex requests). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request — for example, by confirming an email address, order number, or other information on file.
11. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include:
- Encryption of payment card data in transit and at rest
- HTTPS / TLS encryption across the website
- Access controls limiting employee and vendor access on a need-to-know basis
- PCI DSS compliance for payment processing
- Regular security reviews of our systems and vendors
However, no security measure is perfect or impenetrable. We cannot guarantee absolute security of any information transmitted over the internet or stored on our systems. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for the following typical periods:
- Customer account information — for the life of your account plus 2 years after closure
- Order and transaction records — 7 years to comply with tax and financial recordkeeping obligations
- Marketing data (email, SMS lists) — until you unsubscribe or opt out, plus a brief retention period for suppression lists to honor your opt-out
- Website analytics data — typically 14–26 months depending on the platform
- Customer support communications — 3 years
- Legal hold information — for the duration of any actual or anticipated dispute or investigation
After the applicable retention period, we delete, anonymize, or aggregate the data.
13. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or platforms (including Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and others). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before engaging with them.
14. Service Area
Nurox sells and ships only within the United States. The Services are intended for U.S. residents. If you access the Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy
- Post the revised Policy on the Services
- Where required by law, provide additional notice (such as an email to registered users)
Your continued use of the Services after the revised Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
